Born in New York, Mr. Greenblatt received his Juris Doctor Degree at Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. He became a member of the New Jersey Bar and is authorized to practice in Federal Courts including the Supreme Court and all State Courts. He has practiced law extensively in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Mercer Counties for over 45 years.

He is a past Co-chair of the Special Civil Part Committee for Burlington County, a past member of the Camden County Planning Board, and a member of the Camden County Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. He has also been appointed as a Condemnation Commissioner by the State Courts.

He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Voorhees Zoning Board and Public Defender, and presently serves as Prosecutor for Voorhees Township — a role he has held for the past 16 years.

Jules A. Lieberman received his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. He has practiced law in Southern New Jersey for over 40 years.

Mr. Lieberman has lectured extensively about Landlord/Tenant Law for the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Camden County and Burlington Bar Associations, and the New Jersey Apartment Association. He is also Co-Chair of the Superior Court, Special Civil Part Committee for Camden County.

Mr. Weishoff is renowned as one of the most experienced litigators in New Jersey Landlord/Tenant and Municipal Court. He has represented thousands of landlords and tenants in evictions, lease disputes, habitability hearings, and property management matters.

He served as Burlington County Assistant Prosecutor and as Municipal Prosecutor in towns throughout New Jersey, and has successfully tried and negotiated thousands of municipal court violations ranging from driving under the influence to domestic violence disputes.

Mr. Weishoff attended New York University for his undergraduate degree and West Virginia University for his Juris Doctorate. He is barred to practice before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the New York Supreme Court.

After serving in the United States Army and graduating from law school, Mr. Weishoff was the very first law clerk in Burlington County history — a role in which he helped shape the practice of law for the entire county. After completing his public service, he moved into private practice.

Mr. Weishoff has represented landlords in every court from local municipalities to the New Jersey Supreme Court. His arguments before the Supreme Court in Community Realty Management v. Harris, 155 N.J. 212 (1998) reshaped landlord/tenant practice throughout New Jersey. He later worked with the New Jersey Special Civil Part Practice Committee to draft proposed instructions and rule amendments still followed today.
